Customers in Malaysia don’t need to worry about the warranty or shipping the product back to us. Send us an email at info@everbestmedia.com, and we’ll be happy to replace any manufacturing flaws.

Returns

We recognise that occasionally you could change your mind and want to return the item you just purchased. Not to worry, We are available to assist you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All goods that were purchased cannot be returned unless determined defect item or wrong item that were delivered. Simply send an email to info@everbestmedia.com. Before returning any package, do get in touch with us. Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The packaging for your item must be the original. You must have a receipt or other evidence of purchase for your item.

Refund

When we get your returned item, we’ll check it out and let you know that we’ve got it. Within a week, your refund ill be processed and credited into your account from us.

Shipping

Unless the item is broken or defective when it arrives, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping charges to return your purchase. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
